AVG Tune up Not clearing bin or clipboard?

Please Open AVG TuneUp > Click on Freeup space > System junk > Recycle bin > Check it and click on Clean now to remove the contents in the recycle bin.

Hi ,
     I have been using AVG Tuneup for a while , and completely by accident I realised 
it does not clean either the Bin or Clipboard ??

This could be how I have it set up , or this may be deliberate - I am  not sure which !
