AVG Tune Up not getting installed

Could you confirm the version of Windows operating system installed on your PC?

I have a valid paid subscription for AVG Tune Up. i am downloading the same to my PC after logging into my AVG account. However on running the same the following message pops up on the screen:
This operating system is not supported
Error code 45056
More info in log
C/ProgData/AVG/Icarus/Log/sfx.log
Would request for guidance.
