I bought and installed AVG Tune Up and AVG Internet Security because my computer was suddenly very slow and kept crashing.  However, these things made it even slower - nothing I clicked on would open.  So I uninstalled them.  AVG then suggested I updated some drivers with a free trial of their driver updater which I did and now I can at least go online and send an email but I can't open OpenOffice.  I can't do my work!  I don't know what else to try.  Please help!
