AVG Tune Up not working / compromising PC system stability

Hi.

just want to know if anybody has my same problem, and possibly take action and solve this.

I have AVG Ultimate and VPN...it all always worked perfectly. few days ago I noticed a slight low performance on my PC, so I checked Tune Up for a scan...it won't open.

it just freezes on the opening window with the loading circle at center. So I checked AVG Internet Security and it doesn't open too. I don't know if they are even working at this point cause I can't open them.

I already uninstall and reinstall all AVG products, TWICE, but it doesn't solve anything.
Tune Up will work as I reinstall it but at the first restart of PC it freezes again and effect all other products again.

one thing I noticed is that uninstalling Tune Up (cause I CAN'T CHANGE IT in the control panel/programs) , Internet security start to work again, so that might be the issue!!

yesterday this problem effected my pc so much (programs crashing or not working, creation of another user as admin without asking first, no internet received cause IPv4 address was not found) that I had to RUN the system back up I did a month ago!! I hope I gave the idea of the issue here...I can't hide that this is annoying! =(
