Hi. I'm not good with computers. I have had the free AVG protection for a while (installed for me) without probs. I was prompted by AVG to do something yesterday (cant remember what). I paid £20.99  and now it's tuning my hard drive (I think) 'scanning and repairing drive (C): 10% complete' but seems to have got stuck at 10% Any idea what's happening? Jackie
