AVG Tune Up password query issue

Hi all,

I need some help with installing AVG PC Tune-up on a second computer. I recently installed one of the three computers without an issue. However, on the second computer all seems fine until I open the program where is asking me for a password; a small window opens and the message reads "AVG PC Tuneup is password protected. Please enter the correct password to start AVG PC Tuneup".  The activation code is not recognised and the password in the hint is also not accepted. Has anyone got any tips?
