I bought this program on 5/4 and I still can't use it cuz it says my email or password are wrong but I know what my own email and password are and yet still can't access it my card was charged 37.25 saying spent at www.AVG.com and I contacted someone at AVG via online chatbox and they said my email doesn't exsist in there system so is there a way they would just send me a promo code for there program or would I be able to get a refund?
