AVG Tune Up Pro

Scans for hard drives does not run - just pops up then no progress.
I'm stuck as Check Disk is also missing from Windows o/s. May have been overwritten by AVG Tune Up or having the two stuff both.

We will check and glad to help with it. Please confirm the version of AVG Tuneup installed on the PC. Also, provide the version of operating system installed on the PC.

Screen shot not displaying . Probably because I used  jpg.
But nothing really to see. Just says scanning then sits on 0% and stays there.

Just entered the code you emailed me.
It's the same I copied before deleting to try fresh instal!
Keep getting a message about "wrong format".

About to try it by myself because:
1) Those links supplied do not work
2) Asked to log in every time I change pages.
Not good!
Have copied activation code and will see howI go.

AVG is downloaded and re-installment attempted.
BUT there is no code included! 
Cannet get past the start of installation as it asks for my code!
I'm getting sick of this.
Just send me the code I used to have please - NOT more links.
Even though this still has a lot of registration left I feel like unintalling the lot and getting something where the on-line links work, I'm not continually logged out and am TOLD the code! Totally fed up!
