I was told by an AVG Tech that somebody tryed to hack my computer and caused the problem with my AVG Tune Up. If this is the case, I am very disappointed in my AVG Internet Security also. After my term runs out on my current AVG products, I will not renew. I do not feel I should have to pay $119.99 to repair my Tune Up when it was another AVG Product that failed. The only way I would continue using AVG is if my current problem is repaired at no charge.

My Tune Up has been showing an error message, "Local Disc(Y:)" is low on space. The only solution now, as I was told by a tech, is to lick on "ignore" the problem. I do that, but the problem shows up again the next time I open tune up.
