I had just subscribed for the $4.99 monthly AVG PC TuneUp and installed the Windows app
after CLEARING OUT all old files from my AVG FREE version -
- However I'm still BLOCKED on the TuneUp for features, them asking me to BUY NOW
which I alrwady did for the Tuneup, which is all hat I will pay for -
WHY?

You may need to re-activate your AVG TuneUp on your PC to resolve the issue and click here to activate the product using your AVG MyAccount credentials. 
If it continues to be the same, do provide us the screenshot of AVG PC TuneUp program's user interface to assist further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Notice on the BOTTOM of the inetrface it still says 'BUY NOW"…I already did!
I also do not appreciate the way the interface leaves one to
DANGLE ALL OVER TO WITS END to just TRY to find the login link…
I also do not appreciate the LINK on the email supposedly directing me TO the board thread…WHEN IT DIDN'T!

YES…I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it…even deleting ALL files in the Program Files folder AND in the registry …
NEED EXPLANATION PLEASE, or I will demand a FULL REFUND  - TY
