I bought the AVG 1 year subscription more than 24 hours ago. I have redownloaded and re-installed AVG TuneUp.

I use my paid Product Key/License Number but a small notice in red letters says:
"Sorry, something went wrong"

I log on into the AVG TuneUp with my email and states the following:
"!" "Sorry, something went wrong..." "TRY AGAIN"

What is going on? Is the program not working anymore, or is this a glitch that AVG needs to fix? How can I get my money back if this isn't going to work for me?

I have followed the DNS walkthrough for my Windows 7, I also restarted the computer, and I also uninstalled AVG TuneUp and re-instaleld it after updating the DNS.

I tried Cisco, Google Public, Cloudflare, and Quad9.

Same message pops up: "Sorry, something went wrong…" in both inputing the Product Key and also when Loggin In with my Email.
