AVG tune-up, refund required

Thank you for your reply. I would still like to get a refund for this please.  I did not receive the emails you refer to, until the payment was actually deducted today - some 15 days before the renewal is actually due!!  I tried to cancel this subscription earlier this month by logging on to the avg website but obviously my attempt was not registered.  I feel very strongly that I was tricked into this subscription last year, without wanting it, and you will see that I have never even used it once!  I use AVG for my internet security and have done for years, but I am now so upset at this unwanted subscription costing an extra 59.99 dollars that I may have to review remaining as a customer of AVG.  I sincerely hope you will instruct PayPal to give me a refund.  Thank you!

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

I have been charged 59.99 dollars today, 30 July, for an AVG tune up subscription for 12 months which starts on 14 August 2019, which I do not want, did not authorise, and have never used.  How can I get a refund please?  I still have AVG internet security, valid to May 16 2020 which I intend to keep ( that is unless they refund me for the unwanted package).   The AVG tune up package was never wanted and I have never used it.
