I had AVG tune up on my system last year (also full internet protection). I renewed the tune up for two years but although it starts up it disappears from my desktop after running for a while and and then a error message appears. "oneclick.exe" avg process has failed. It then requests that I report this which I have done on at least 10 occassions. I have also gone on to the chat line facilityand discussed this with a representative who promised it would be corrected within a 24 hour period - AVG would send an update. This did not transpire and the system is still crashing when I try and use it. Does anyone have any updated or fresh info on this matter. ?
