How do I get rid of this damned programme? I installed it yesterday to try the one-off tune up, now my computer is running incredibly slow, Task Manager shows that sometimes tune up is Hogging 50% of CPU, sometimes its a Service Host Local Service. I can't uninstall it in Task MAnager, a pop up window asks if I'm sure I want to uninstall, but the "yes" button doesn't work!

Awful, awful piece of kit. Well done, you've got rid of a loyal customer.
