I have had 3 remote sessions with AVG .They have re-installed tune -up 3 times. One CSR did get these categories "enabled " and cleaned and said it was "fixed" when I asked how he did it so he didn't need to explain. The next time I started the computer it was right back to "no issues" on the browser,cookies and downloads BEFORE the scan runs.I called back spent 1 hour on the phone with no luck.They "elevated" my complaint and I have not heard from them since.I asked if the version I have run without a problem for years was available and they said no.I have checked the settings but if I try to click the browser cache it says no issues. Help me if you can. Thanks
