Avg tune up still not working, why?

We are sorry to hear this.
Could you explain the exact concern with our AVG TuneUp product?
Do you mean that after getting our remote assistance, you experienced those issues as mentioned in the post?

I had avg tune up installed into my laptop, within hours it totally failed to work, I will no longer allow remote access into my pc as it causes multiple issues, last time I allowed access it caused my laptop to become infected with viruses/ trojan / hacker/ attacks, I am aware that AVG staff read these messages so please take note.
