AVG tune up subscription

Received the Email below.
If I go to my account (visit your AVG account tag below)  it tells me I do not have any subscriptions.
I have previously contacted you about this on 13 Oct 2019 via the chat line Case No 09407779 and as yet I am awaiting a response to confirm that this subscription does not exist.
I do not wish to have, or pay for,  AVG PC Tune Up

Please cancel any subscription that may exist and confirm its conclusion by return.
