I'm pretty efficient when it comes to working computers, so when I noticed how difficult it is to cancel a trial I was told I could stop at any time, I found it very confusing when I couldn't find the cancel trial button anywhere at all on the site or the program.
My account doesn't even show I have the trial on it when I check the website, my subscription code is [activation code removed].
