Hi Robert,
I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with the installation of the AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
To resolve the issue, we need to check the DNS Server on your computer.

1. Please press "Windows Key" and "R" together, it will open the "Run" command box.
2. Now type ncpa.cpl on the run command and click OK.
3. Select the active network, right click on that and select "Properties".
4. It will open the Network Properties dialog box.
5. Under "Networking" tab, look for "Internet Protocol Version(TCP/IPv4)".
6. Click on Internet Protocol Version(TCP/IPv4), it will enable its properties on the bottom right corner.
7. Click on "Properties".
8. Now, enable the "Use the following DNS address" (last radio button).
9. Now in Preferred DNS server, enter 8.8.8.8 and in the Alternate DNS server, enter 8.8.4.4
10. Click OK.
11. Now, try to install your AVG TuneUp Unlimited program.

Trying to download and install AVG, I keep getting error messages such as 0xe0060006, 0xe0060038, etc., saying, for instance, that I need to be connected, when I am, in fact, connected.
