I've purchased the above on the AVG online store, but I've downloaded what feels like 20 times, deleted 20 times and I still cannot access the product I purchased. It seems as if it downloads the free product only and it wants me to buy again. If I try to buy again it tells me that I have the product already but it does not ever give me a place where I can connect or do whatever is needed to get it up and running.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I see that you have an active AVG TuneUp unlimited in your account. I would request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from control panel and follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate to install and activate the program.
Once you installed, please check your AVG console if you have your email address at the top of the Dashboard. If you still get the Trial notification after reinstalling the product, please click your email address on the top of AVG Zen and select "Leave the network" option. Once you leave, please click "Connect" and login as admin with your My account credentials.
