I have tried to unsubscribe for the AVG Tune Up but it is saying I have no subscription?

Do you wish to cancel the auto-renewal service or you request a refund for this renewal? Could you also specify the reason for this request?
It looks there is some temporary error with your AVG MyAccount. That's not a problem, we can rectify this from our end if you share the screenshot of your AVG MyAccount page? Please share this information in reply to our e-mail.
