While I was using AVG tune up on my laptop, the program advised that I could safely trash some programs to save space on the laptop.I followed instructions. But found my windows live mail app along with mail disappeared from the laptop. Also some Microsoft apps were not functioning normally. I fortunately pressed the ignore buttons so that the the items did not get trashed I believe. I need to retrieve the windows live mail app and the all the mail. Please help.
