Avg tune up will not install

Hi Kay.
The incompatible app must the older version of AVG PC TuneUp or its traces.
Please check if it is installed on your PC and uninstall it.

I cannot install my avg tune up. It says i have an incompatible program preventing it. the only thing i can think of is macafee which i cannot uninstall as it came with the laptop.  Help please?

Many thanks there were still 2 files that needed to be deleted manually, which I did. I have now been able to install and run it it ok.
