I suggest you to check the control panel and uninstall the old version of AVG TuneUp. Then, proceed with installing the program again and check if it fixes.
Also, check your C drive and manually delete the old traces and check the same.
If the issue still persists, please share us the screenshot of the error message.

I paid to download the AVG Tune Up and It was 73% done and then I got an error code that there was a problem. I tried it again and I got a message that there was a download in progress…what do I do?
