I've already tried the various solutions provided in this forum like the AVG_Remover.exe' and AVG_ResetAccess.exe but to no avail.
I'm running a ThinkPad E520 with Windows 10 Pro x64 with Kasperky Internet Security. I have Kasperky disabled during installation.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the information. Please follow below instructions and check if it works:
* Please search for "command prompt" in start menu of your computer and right click on it and select 'run as administrator'.
* Once command prompt is open, please enter this command "ipconfig/flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter key.
* Then type this command "netsh winsock reset" (without quotes) and hit enter key.
Restart your PC once and use this link ( http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_704.exe ) to reinstall AVG PC TuneUp trial version in your PC.
If the issue persists, please get back to us and we will proceed further.

If you are trying to install a paid version of AVG PC TuneUp, then I have sent an email to get the details regarding the subscription. Please reply back to that email with required details. I really appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue. I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to run the remover and AVG clear tool. It will remove all the AVG traces completely from your computer.
Once you are done with the removal tool, please click the link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_704.exe to install AVG PC TuneUp trial version.
