One more question if I may. In my attempt to sort the problem I downloaded AVG Zen. Now that PC Tuneup is working again, should I keep AVG Zen or uninstall it?
For several days my AVG 1-Click stops and shuts down during the analysing the "Clean up Browser" function. I have tried updating and have today downloaded the AVG Zen program neither of which has solved the problem.
Please help.
Also; does the AVG Zen replace the AVG 1-Click and PC Tuneup?
