AVG Tuneup 2 yrs Paid 04/12/2014 & email received to say it is expired?

Hi Nan, 

you have two active licence, first - AVG PC TUNE UP for 1pc, valid until 2016.12.4,  and second - AVG INTERNET SECURITY for 1 pc, valid until 2014.10.20. Your express instalation expired in 2015.2.5, not your licence for software.

My Invoice, Order Confirmation & Licence  shows on line. Dated 04/12/2014 for 2 (TWO YEARS) having Paid Total $79.99. I also have Print Out of Invoice.
Today an email shows this is EXPIRED. Please explain?
