I understand this must be upsetting. I would suggest you to restore the changes made by AVG PC TuneUp on your computer and check if that resolves the issue.
Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.
Please also go to All functions, click on "Disable background programs" and check if you have put an Office 365 application to Sleep. If you did, please wake them.
I installed the trial version of AVG Tuneup 2017 in my new HP Spectre x360 a few days ago. Sometimes when trying to conduct a startup tuneup AVG 2017 freezes the resultsant effect is that my Office 365 no longer works and I have to reinstall. This has happened 4 times in the last 3 days.
Has anyone else experienced this before? Any solutions?
