AVG tuneup activation code is invalid how do i have some one correct this

installed Windows 10 a month ago and have a 10 computer 2 year license. The software worked up until it expired today and when I went to my account and grab the new activation code it does not recognize as a valid activation code when I put it into my AVG tune up My activation code from the website does not work.
