AVG TuneUp Activation

Hello Sigrun,

We checked and found that your tuneup subscription wasn't synchronized.
We have now fixed it and you should be able to activate the subscription using the same code.
Keep us informed about the status.

After renewing my AVG TuneUp subscription I am unable to activate it with the provided activation code.
I keep on getting the message 'An error has occurred'. I have tried uninstallation and reinstallation several times following the AVG instructions, and the problem still persists.
