AVG TuneUp activation

Hi Bala

It's been a week since I bought it and four days since you said it was going to be fixed and I still can not activate the product. Apparently when you do not activate the product the software makes the system slower than normal to force you to buy it.

What I can do? Tell me if you can solve it or not please

Also, more than 100 hours go by and I do not get an answer.

I purchased a 1-year subscription for AVG TuneUp on the 5 of December 2018.

(My Order Number removed) and my registered (email address removed)

 
Four fays later I have not received my license by mail and I cannot activate it with my email registered neither.
Please help resolve this.

Rafael, it is indeed disappointing when you have to contact us multiple times about the same issue. Your issue was escalated to our billing department and unfortunately, we can not guarantee when exactly you can expect a reply from them. We've assigned high priority to your issue. You must receive an email at the earliest possible.

Hello Rafael,

Please do not share the order number or other sensitive data on a public forum.
The order that you mentioned has been held for review by the accounting department. You will receive another email with the details of your order within 72 hours from Digital River.
We also see another other for TuneUp product initiated on 5th December 2018 through PayPal payment method whose status is in "pending".
Shall we cancel the pending order and you can keep checking the status about the one which is held in review?

Now I no longer have an order number, and I do not know if this is the means to request that my avg tuneup be activated.

How many days do I have to wait for them to solve me?
