AVG Tuneup Activation

My subscription has been renewed and my AVG Tuneup updated on my new PC; however, I am unable to activate it via my AVG Account in the product. I have logged in byt there are no subscriptions showing.
Can you please advise or provide an activation code so that I can use the product I am paying for.
