May I know when the issue with the printer started?
Have you made changes to your computer recently?

I recently added AVG TuneUp. Now I can't seem to print. When I go to the Start button and select SETTINGS, and then select Printers, it shows ERROR. When I then select OPEN QUEUE, it tells me "Error - Printing." I run Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron one (2010 vintage). Can anybody help me print? PS: I had a similar problem once before when I used the AVG Driver Updater to update my print driver. Tech support at AVG walked me through restarting my computer from a restore point, and said not to run the Driver Updater again. I did not think my AVG TuneUp would do that – I don't know if it has or not.

One of your colleages walked me thru the problem on the phone. I somehow had un-trusted my wireless network. I must have been asleep at the keyboard!
