I cancelled my AVG TuneUp subscription within a month of them taking 'early' payment on 8 August but I still don't see a refund. I de-activated this item on 2 PCs before the previous subscription ran out as it wasn't working properly, and they were also trying to charge me the same as for using it on 10 devices!. They know when this happened as my account says it is not activated, and they can see I never downloaded the 'new' version. I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out what is happening.
