As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG TuneUp (60-day Trial).
Therefore, you wont be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.
I signed up for a 60 day free trial for AVG TuneUp. 30 days into this trial, I am looking to cancel my trial subscription before it automatically renews and I am charged on the 11th August.
So far I have tried:
- Cancelling the subscription via "My Subscriptions", to no avail. https://i.imgur.com/EF3vegU.png
- Contacting support as was suggested in the screenshot above. Not possible as I cannot fill the required "product key" field, given I have not yet paid for AVG Tuneup. Again, it's a free trial.
- Contacting support via live chat. Waited in a queue of 4 users only to be informed that the chat service was "unavailable" after around 10 minutes of waiting... Could've just told me that right away, no?
All in all, feels a bit sketchy, so if anyone can help with this, please let me know. I don't fancy being charged the full price for a program I'm not totally satisfied with. Thanks!
