We would like to get few information and proceed further on this matter.
Provide the screenshot of the scan window where it couldn't pass "windows/write.exe file".
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

As the topic suggests, I am using my AVG tuneUp on my computer that I built myself and downloaded windows 10 64bit to. However, whenever I use the scan features (TuneUp or the antivirus), it cannot scan past the windows/write.exe file. Is there anyway to ignore this file specifically because you should not delete the file.
