Also we'd like to clarify that AVG TuneUp will only run in the background and it will not open automatically after restarting the PC.

This has been happening for a while, today is the first time I noticed AVG TuneUp popping up telling me something is slowing down my computer when a program fully closes, usually it's Google Chrome that just suddenly disappears which did happen a couple of hours ago, but this is the first time it popped up a second time so soon AND closed a game(Destiny 2) I was playing.
I'm also very confident that AVG TuneUp has been open every time this happened, but I never put it together until today.
Also, to clarify a little, AVG TuneUp is pretty much always open in my hidden icons in the taskbar, but I never have it open in the taskbar itself unless it opens itself.
