Installed AVG TuneUp - and put all recommended programs into "sleep". Now my back-up program starts and runs OK to the point of starting a back-up, then says "error while creating file F\my \my pictures…yes, I can slowly one-by-one unsleep all 36 suggestions, but has anyone else discovered the same problem and has the answer?
