I repeat that last sometimes not defragment once (although apparently it ends well), I have to repeat the process to achieve it.

Jose,
Thank you for your patience.
We like to keep you informed that HDD fragmentation is created automatically when using the computer (and manipulating with files). The level of fragmentation depends on the OS, HDD as well as usage. We recommend you to check with the Windows Defragmenter tool and compare it with AVG PC TuneUp results https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_Defragmenter_(Windows).
Thank you.

Hello Jose,
Thank you so much for sharing the valuable information which might help others. Thank you.
I want to tell you that for some time the option to defragment does not properly terminate the whole process. It apparently ends well the defragmentation process, but it is once again checked the hard drive, there is still a percentage fragmented and fix again have to make the whole process. What is the problem?. Any solution?.
The rest of the AVG TuneUp program works correctly.
My computer runs Windows 7 Pro 64bit and 8GB of RAM

A greeting
When I have sent the first message, and had found that the Windows defragmenter showed me 0% fragmented.
I searched for information after the net and I found something which indicate that "The presence of immovable system files, especially a swap file, can impede defragmentation". Windows defragmenter ignores this earlier and therefore not defragment the files. There are other programs that do not ignore these files and therefore unable to defragment and, ultimately percent are somewhat fragmented. I happening with both the AVG program as I have done another test.
What happens is that the program AVG just me going on the last times I've used previously with one-time HD was defragmented and if to check HD not told me that was fragmented thing now if it happens.
Thank you very much
