Please confirm whether which part of AVG TuneUp scan this issue is happening.
If it is maintenance scan, then please check whether automatic maintenance scan is turned on.
If yes, turn it off and request you to manually perform maintenance scan.
If passwords is getting deleted after fixing issues found on maintenance scan, request you to uncheck system junk check box from the result and then click on "fix issue".
Once done with that, we would ask you to check whether passwords are not getting deleted.

I used the Windows 10 email app. I have three email addresses and the password is deleted for my Plusnet email whenever AVG tuneup is run. How can I prevent this, please?
