Please be informed that the 'Mobile' tab in AVG TuneUp just prompts you to setup AVG TuneUp on your Android device as well.
Regarding the connectivity issue you're referring to, did the issue start ocurring after you installed AVG on your device?

I just bought AVG Tuneup for my laptop, I'm very happy so far. I clicked the mobile tab on the upper right, it opens another window, but does nothing. The little circle keeps spinning and spinning.
I'm on Windows 10, I'm having trouble with my laptop recognizing my Galaxy A10E. I, just "upgraded" the laptop from 8.1 to 10, the phone wasn't being recognized with 8.1 either. It did before, I'm not sure what happened to make it stop. I installed Samsung USB Driver for mobile phones, but still nothing.
Do I need to attach a phone that is recognized for that tab to show something?
