AVG TuneUP does not activate with the specified activation code

I had the AVG TuneUp expired, and I made a payment. Then, recieved the activation code in the email, but it doesnt work. I have put this code many times, reinstalled TuneUp, but it still doesnt work, and I cant activate the product.
What should I do?
