If I still have an AVG TuneUp subscription until June, and I would like to get the 3-in-1 performance bundle for 2 years, will my TuneUp subscription be cut short and renewed from the moment I get the bundle or will it continue for 2 years after it's current expiration date?

We're glad to clarify this for you.
3 in 1 performance bundle already includes AVG TuneUp. If you've an existing AVG TuneUp license, then there will be duplicate licenses of AVG TuneUp in your account. 
Also, as they're 2 different packs, the subscription starts from the day of purchase. For further queries, feel free to write back to us.
