Op 31 oktober heb mijn AVG producten weer met een jaar verlengt en betaald. Maar TuneUp werkt niet ik kan hem niet openen. Bij Internet Security geeft hij dat deze verouderd is , maar alles is wel beschermd. Wat doen we hier aan, Je betaald wel de produkten maar het werkt niet, ik ben daar een beetje boos over en teleurgesteld. Je gaat de produkten automatisch verlengen, maar dan hoop je wel dat alles wekt. Graag een oplossing.
