As we're uncertain about the exact message that you receive, would you be so kind to share us the snapshot of it through your mobile/camera?

Problem resolved - I went to Windows 10 Apps and turned AVG Tuneup "OFF" in the startup programs.

After I ran AVG Tuneup, I now get a popup "Fix Complete OS(C) has been fixed" each time I start my computer. This is annoying, and I can't find how to stop this screen from showing each time I boot the computer!
