Hello Archie,

Initially, we'd like to inform you that your AVG TuneUp subscription can not be used to update the outdated system drivers of your computer.
We have a designated product for that called the AVG Driver Updater. Upon checking, we can see that you do not have an active subscription of AVG Driver Updater under your account
Please share us the screenshot of the error message you received at the time of activation, so that we can check and assist you further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Also, mention the program version of the AVG TuneUp installed in your computer.

I have AVG TuneUp for Windows for Multiple products which extra products I have yet to add. However, AVG has signalled to me that a number of Drivers require to be updated and when I request that that be done, I am advised to enter my Activation Code. However on entering the Activation Code I am advised that it failed and to check Serial No. & that connected to Internet. On checking both are O.K. the Code is still not being accepted - WHY???

AVG driver is a different Product. You need to buy The Product To Used it.

I used AVG internet Security.
Got bundle on one. I Don't have driver  but is on there and other Product too.
