Hello Richard,

For cancelling AVG subscription, you can follow the steps as mentioned in this article.
You have already been charged for AVG TuneUp - Multi-Device (1 Year) due to auto renewal service enrolled for its 60 day trial.
Do you wish to get refund for it?

I singed up for a free trial for avg tuneup. I have 3 days left . I don't want to renew . I see a pending charge on my bank account already . how do you opt out  /

We have initiated the refund for recent charge debited for AVG.
An email has been sent explaining the refund status.
You will get the refund amount credited within 7 business days.
