Just to clarify,
I was able to see the pictures while editing the text, not sure why they now show up like that.
This is a pretty standard format (JPG) with less than 100kb.
Is something wrong with the support platform?!

Hello there,
That's the thing, AVG tuneup as been fully uninstalled, no folders/files left.
Windows registry was also traced for any remnants of the software.
I even uninstalled AVG antivirus as well, but still get the same error.
I really don't understand what's causing this.
