AVG TuneUp interference with ms office 2010

Hi,
I am sure this issue has been posted here, but can't find the answer for ms office 2010 (my case).
After I updated my AVG TuneUp (paid licence), the location of Microsoft Office 2010 licence on my computer is not recognized, the message:
"Microsoft Office Professional 2010 cannot verify the license for this product. You should repair the Office program by using Control Panel."
And when i tried to repair it, the repair process can't continue as during the configuration "Setup cannot find a library (Office.en-us\dwdcw20.dll)".

Is there any better solution to fix this issue rather than uninstalling AVG TuneUp or revert back to where it was? If this the case, I would rather to cancel AVG TuneUp at once.
Cheers.

Hello Sri,

This isn't the expected behavior.
Do you confirm that the issue is getting resolved when you uninstall AVG TuneUp or revert the changes made by it?
We would like to check the version of AVG PC TuneUp that you have. Hence, share the screenshot of its program interface here.

Okay, Sri.

We have initiated your refund request and sent you an email confirming the same. Please check and let us know if you need further help.

No it all didn't work. I know all the steps you suggested and tried it before I posted this. Last year I had the same problem, but i managed to get back working after I fixed and cleaned 'Broken Registry Items'. But this time it's not working. I have tried to use AVG rescue centre, but it just freeze my computer so I have to kill the process.
I just want to get my ms license back now, and delete all AVG TuneUp and get my money back please.

Thank you for the information.
If the issue was due to AVG TuneUp, then it should get resolved when you perform the uninstallation or revert the changes.
In your case, it is necessary for us to find which function of AVG TuneUp is causing the issue.
Hence, we request you to perform maintenance scan from the AVG TuneUp.
When the results are displayed, leave the first check box 'Broken Registry Items" and then uncheck all other boxes. Once it is done, click on "Fix&Clean" option.
Now, check the status with Microsoft Office 2010. If the issue persist, run maintenance scan again and check on the next feature. Similarly, try for the rest of the features listed under maintenance scan.
From this we can identify which one is the reason behind the error appearing for Microsoft Office license.
Keep us posted.
