AVG Tuneup license does not work

I have done all the things that said in the page. I had an trial version of AVG PC-Tuneup 2015 and decided to update my old TuneUp license to new one. Received license after upgrade. First I tried to give license number to the trial version but it says that "The product key you have entered is invalid", after copy-paste and typing I decided to uninstall trial version and install AVG TuneUp again. Now installer asks product key and I give the key by typing or copy-paste, it says that product key is invalid…

What next?

I have a problem with activating my AVG PC Tuneup which I just bought. The licence key when I enter it on the register  says this key is invalid and will not go past that first page. I have asked to retrieve the code and it is the same one and will not activate the product.
